Our centres set the standard for our services across Ethiopia
It starts with accessibility. We make sure our centres are located in places that are safe, convenient, easy to find and well served by public transport. We also ensure that our centres are open at times that work best for people living locally.
We currently operates 24 clinical facilities located in Regional States of Amhara, Tigray, SNNPR, Oromia, Somali as well as in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa Administrative Cities.
In Addis Ababa alone, there are 6 clinics serving the community. We operate specialist clinics in Addis Ababa, Adama and Bahir Dar, which provide quality care for all mothers before, during and after childbirth. Centres serve as referral centers and closely work with local public, private and non government health providers. They also serve as centers of excellence and often used by partner organizations as training hubs. We also ensure that our centres our located strategically, along major transport hubs, to be as accessible as possible. For those in rural areas, we operate 10 mobile outreach teams who deliver family planning services in hard to reach places across the country.

Our mobile outreach services teams consist of doctors, paramedics and drivers, who travel to hard-to-reach and underserved parts of the country.
Our clients are always free to contact us with any concerns or queries they may have. Our helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff are there to guide our clients on a variety of issues.
Our private sector provider (or social franchises), BlueStar, deliver high quality sexual reproductive health services through a network of more than 500 clinics across Ethiopia.
