APPRECIATING AND REWARDING THE BEST PERFORMERS IN SF Channel 2019.

Social franchisee Channel routinely hold review meeting to update its SFs providers on current updates related to service delivery .The meetings happens biannually where a review meeting evaluates progress versus planned implementation. After performing activities planned for the last 3 quarters there was great need to review performance against 2019 targets, discuss way forward to ensure channel achieves 100% on donor and programs commitments.

The meetings were conducted countrywide from 8^th to 19^th Oct 19 with the following key objectives:-

1. Capacity building of Private providers (SFs) on:-
2. Informed Consenting , documentation and Counselling for SRH clients
3. Use of the FP flipchart and other guides for informed choices
4. Introduction and mentorship on subcutaneous Injection (Sayana press) and Lydia IUD 380.

2. Client Focus
3. How can we improve Client feedback and auctioning on the gaps, especially the ITH Sites?
4. .Business Development skills -Towards sustainability {Commercial model of SFs}

11 regions currently covered by 5 SFCs, the channel appreciated/rewarded the top of the best in 4 key categories as follows:-

1. Top in Quality
2. Top in performance- CYPs, Adolescents, Adopters , LARCS
3. Top in SA/PAC, Including runners up.
4. Most improved in business development.

The competition was tough however with information form SFCs, QAAs and figures generated from the reporting tools, the criteria was shared with SFs for transparency. This will be an ongoing process aimed at creating healthy competition and increasing quality service delivery.
